员工委员会
The 员工委员会 at Walla Walla University strives to:
- provide a voice for 工作人员 to administration by collecting, 评估, and disseminating information and representing the needs and interests of 工作人员;
- inspire leadership by fostering honesty, 完整性, 专业, and initiative in all business relationships;
- increase the sense of identity, recognition and worth of each 工作人员 member in his/her relationship to the university;
- identify 工作人员 concerns and seek solutions;
- provide a channel of communication for 工作人员 with administration and faculty;
- promote the development and adoption of fair and equitable policies that affect 工作人员;
- integrate the 工作人员 into existing university affairs;
- establish and promote activities, 出版物, professional development, workshops and seminars for 工作人员;
- create a stronger bond among support 工作人员.

员工委员会 Districts
The members of 员工委员会 will act as representatives on behalf of the 工作人员 who are listed in their district. The role of 工作人员 council district representative is meant to increase community involvement, provide 工作人员 with a point person for questions/concerns, and meet the goals of our mission statement-specifically to represent the interests of their specific district.
