Domestic Student 旅行

A Domestic Student 旅行 Request Application must be submitted if your trip meets any of the following criteria
(excluding Task Force missions):

• One or more 学生s will stay overnight (it is recommended that a minimum of three (3) people travel together for the safety of all concerned)
• Any class will be missed by a 学生 (Class absences should be kept to a minimum.)
• 运动之旅
• Academic field trip

Your application must be approved prior to any advertising, fund raising, or arranging travel.

旅行 Request Applications should be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the proposed departure date. 

Applications may be referred to the 旅行 Proposal Committee, 如果有必要的话, which may increase the approval time. Plan ahead and submit your application as soon as you can.
